The hottest spot in Branson this past Saturday night was Little Hacienda Mexican Restaurant.
The restaurant played host to a world-renowned Mariachi Band from Guadalajara,
Mexico. Restaurant owner Fidel Gomez, wanted to do something fun and out of the ordinary for the people of Branson.
Mr. Gomez said, "As far as I know, there has never been anything like this in Branson (and we hope to do it again.) He elaborated, "Most people have only seen something like this in the movies."
Little Hacienda Restaurant is a local favorite as well as a highly trafficked tourist spot. Local business owner Bob Blankenship (Macadoodles) said, "We eat here all the time and love it. The food is wonderful and the people are friendly."
Accompanying the Mariachi Band was Photograper Jorge Tobar and wife Malena as well as Missouri State University Instructor (Dept. of Modern and Classical Languages) Judith Martinez. All three spoke highly of the performers in the troop mentioning that they were a great group of people to work with.
